At Peppermint Studios practice in Glasgow city centre we are aware that many patients are very anxious about dental treatment and our dentists are here to help you. New and anxious patients are welcome to have a guided tour around the practice, relax in our lounge area and have a chat about dental treatment with no obligation. During your treatment we can provide you with the music of your choice, if it helps you to relax. We also offer sedation for nervous patients if you feel that you need it.

Dental Crowns in Glasgow

Dental Veneers in Glasgow

Veneers are wafer thin shells of tooth coloured material (ceramic) that are “cemented” to the front surface of teeth to improve their cosmetic appearance.

Veneers are typically used to cover stained, misaligned or chipped and broken teeth. They are the treatment of choice used to create the “celebrity smile”. Our Veneers are fabricated onsite in our Glasgow ceramic 3D CEREC studio.

Dental implants in Glasgow

A dental implant is a titanium post that is surgically placed into the jaw bone to provide support for bridges, crowns or dentures.

Our implantologist is highly experienced at placing dental implants and the proccedure is usually painless, we offer a wide variety of dental implants and mini-dental implants suited to individual cases. The case below shows the replacement of a missing tooth with a dental implant.

Invisalign & Orthodontics in Glasgow

We specialse in orthodontic treatment for the straightening of misaligned teeth and correcting “bite problems”. Conventional orthodontic braces are made from springs and wires that are often visible, permanently fixed to your teeth and can be unsightly and embarrassing. Fixed braces can also interfere with your oral hygiene.

Here at Peppermint Studios practice in Glasgow we offer the latest in cosmetic orthodontics by Invisalign, which are virtually invisible, removable clear aligners. Now it is possible to have your teeth straightened without it being obvious to everyone around you. You can easily remove the clear aligners whilst eating and to clean your teeth.

We also offer lingual braces that are fitted to the inner surface of the teeth and are not visible from the outside and white tooth coloured braces.

Cosmetic Dentures in Glasgow

If you do not have any of your natural teeth left then you will benefit from having dentures as they provide structure to your smile and prevent surrounding facial muscles from sagging. In addition to bridges and dental implants, partial dentures can be used to replace missing teeth.

Conventional dentures are fabricated based on a metal frame and are rigid, they contain visible metal clasps to anchor to your existing teeth and can be uncomfortable to wear.
