New Patient Appointment

A new patient arrived today for her first appointment at the practice and attended Dr Jackie Davidson. Due to her nerves she hadn’t attended a dentist for a number of years. Jackie sat her down, made her feel comfortable and at ease. When the patient was ready we carried out a full examination of the patients teeth and soft tissues. After completing her examination we let the patient know that there were numerous cavities but not to worry or get upset as everything could be fixed with basic fillings and oral hygiene instruction. As the patient was still a bit upset about having treatment done we suggested seeing Dr Jamie Maguire another dentist at the practise who offers his patients sedation. This seemed like the best option for her and an appointment has been made for her consult.
